Return arrival and processing

When a shipment is returned, you will automatically be notified by email by our software. Also in the online platform, you will clearly see the returns to be handled.

Our inbound warehouse staff will enter your return items into the software as soon as possible after arrival. We document the reason for return and take photos of packaging and product if necessary.

You process returns online

A return can be processed in 4 different ways:

  1. Put back in stock
  2. Destroy product(s)
  3. Prepare for collection
  4. Resend

Once you have indicated what needs to be done we will get started right away.
