Earlier this month, we announced our partnership with Jeune Premier. On top of our logistics services, we worked with them to develop the innovative “second life” program. As the name suggests, the “second life” program gives a new purpose to used school bags. After all, why throw away book bags that are still in good condition or let them disappear into some dusty attic? With this circular program, Jeune Premier rewards existing customers and more easily attracts new ones in an innovative way.
Through the Jeune Premier account, existing customers can use their bookent bags and receive a voucher based on the bag’s condition.
Behind the scenes, this process is largely automatic thanks to the close collaboration between Jeune Premier and ShopWeDo e-fulfilment.
Everything is managed on a fully synchronized platform, from adding the customer’s used book bag to the final re-sale.
Once the book bag arrives at ShopWeDo, photos of it are taken in our professional photo studio, which serve as product photos on the website.
After these steps are completed, the product enters our storage, ready for a new owner.
Interested customers can view the pre-owned offerings on the Jeune Premier website and purchase the products at prices lower than the new price.
The “Second Life” project goes beyond individual bags; it should make us more conscious of fashion and consumption.
By doing so in a controlled way, Jeune Premier maintains control over quality while contributing to a sustainable circular economy.
In this way, second-hand and style go hand in hand.
In a world where consumer awareness is growing and brands are being judged on their impact, Jeune Premier’s “Second Life” project at ShopWeDo stands as a beacon of positive change.
It brings a new dimension to our perception of “used” and highlights a path to a fashion-conscious future that is simultaneously sustainable and stylish.
That’s something we at ShopWeDo are happy to be a part of!
