Mechelen focuses on B2C, with a strong emphasis on automation and personalisation/branding, while Ostend is fully equipped for B2B: bulk and pallet shipments and retail flows. This allows both channels to function optimally without compromises.
At first glance, B2C and B2B fulfilment appear similar, but in practice they are two completely different worlds.
B2C (Mechelen):
By separating these flows into specialised warehouses, we can optimally organise each channel without compromise.
The real strength lies in the connection. Thanks to our fixed line haul between Mechelen (B2C) and Ostend (B2B), customers no longer need to maintain separate stocks for each channel.
