Jef has been a valuable member of our customer service team for 5 months now.
\nWith a good pace, he has quickly mastered the ins and outs of the job: assisting customers with questions and solving problems arising from specific orders. <\/span><\/p>\n

What appeals to you most about your job?<\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

The variety is really great.
\nI regularly switch between my desk and the warehouse.
\nBoth taking phone calls and in the warehouse solving any packages with problems give me energy. <\/span><\/p>\n

What does your day look like?<\/b><\/p>\n

I start my day with an invigorating shower.
\nThen I jump on my bike with my headphones on, usually playing my favorite podcast by Aly & Fila.
\nProgressive Techno & House music from that podcast relaxes me and energizes me at the same time. <\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>Upon arrival, I first review the open tickets and immediately tackle the ones I can handle quickly.
\nThen I go into the warehouse to resolve the packages that caused problems during the evening shift.
\nThis is a restful time, because between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m., no calls come in and I can fully focus on my work. <\/span>g concentrate on warehouse work.
\nThen I work with Jurgen & Cynthia on the remaining support tickets and phone calls throughout the day. <\/span><\/p>\n

What was your previous job?<\/b><\/p>\n

I was previously working in my brother’s business as a funeral director.
\nWhen it turned out that I was working almost 24\/7, I decided to look for another job or even become self-employed.
\nWhen I saw the job opening at ShopWeDo, I immediately felt a click and after a few rounds of applications, I was hired. <\/span><\/p>\n

You told me that the movie John Wick 4 is really worth seeing because of the unique way it was filmed.
\nDo you have another great tip? <\/b><\/p>\n

Try adding some balsamic vinegar to your spaghetti bolognese.
\nStart with a small splash and add more later to taste.
